Description[]
Peridot is a Homeworld Gem who serves Yellow Diamond and serves Hessonite.
History[]
Not much is known about Peridot's history up to her arriving on Earth. She, along with Jasper, and Nephrite invaded The Strawberry Battlefield. They claimed it despite The Crystal Gems wishes. The battle pursuing it left Nephrite corrupted by Jasper making her fuse with a corrupted Gem. Jasper and Peridot escape. Soon Peridot was assigned to Hessonite who treated her like an elite. She soon befriended Peridot, who she soon dubbed 'Sassidot'.
Personallity[]
Peridot is known for making empty threats to enemies or anyone that stands in the way of her mission. She is never calm and is always panicked about one thing or another. The only time she's calm is when she's around Peridot or Hessonite.
Abilities[]
Peridot has the standard Era Two gem abilities such as bubbling and super human durability
- Ferrokinesis: She can control metal to her will. The only way she knows she could do it is meeting The Crystal Gems Peridot
Relationships[]
Hessonite[]
Hessonite and Peridot have a friendly relationship. Peridot see's Hessonite almost like a Diamond. She is usually the one to clam Peridot's nerves before a mission or whenever a Citrine pisses her off. Hessonite looks at Peridot as an Elite, which Yellow Diamond advises not to do. Peridot was awarded with a Ruby Guard when she helped Hessonite infiltrate Hessonite's War Ship.
Orange Pearl[]
Orange Pearl and Peridot don't talk much but they do admire each other. Pearl likes Peridot's hard working personality and Peridot likes how Pearl does everything for Hessonite without question. Other than that, they do not have much interaction
Jasper[]
Jasper and Peridot work silently together. But they fight on the field a lot. One roleplay centered on Peridot and Jasper having a one on one fight. Inevitably, Jasper won the fight.
